    • Our standard payment methods are prepayment and invoice.

    • Yes, after you have placed your order or completed your order in the calculator, you will receive an order confirmation. All standard commercial documents, including quotations, order confirmations, invoices and delivery bills, will be sent to you by e-mail.
  • 1.4 Can I still change or adapt my order?

    • Yes, all new information can be recorded in the order via the chat function.
  • 2.1 How do you ship my order?

    • We only use UPS to ship goods. The prices prescribed by UPS apply. Unless explicitly agreed, the customer is responsible for shipping.
  • 2.2 How long do I have to wait for my order?

    • If no specific agreements have been made, our standard delivery times of up to three working days after completion apply.
  • 2.3 Will I receive a tracking number?

    • Yes, we provide a tracking number for every parcel that is sent for our customers. This tracking number will be sent to you shortly after the parcel has been dispatched so that you can track the status of your delivery at any time.

    • Your 3D files are handled by the Phasio service. All data that you transmit to us is subject to the general data protection guidelines of the European Union. We ensure that your files are handled securely to guarantee your privacy and the protection of your data.

  • 4.1 How long do I have to submit a complaint?

    • You should check the condition of the goods immediately upon receipt. We grant you a period of up to 10 days after receipt of the goods to make a complaint.
  • 4.2 What is considered a justified complaint?

    • A complaint is justified if the goods do not correspond to the order. In such cases, the statutory provisions apply. Options – for rectification, reduction of the purchase price, withdrawal from the contract or compensation.

    • A complaint is not possible if the components are unusable due to insufficient or incorrect information on your part. We manufacture exactly according to your technical specifications, so it is important that you provide us with detailed and correct information.
